About Edward Cuello

Edward Cuello grew up in San Antonio Texas and attended Columbia University in New York City where he studied Anthropology and English Literature. After college, he worked in the non-profit field for several years, including serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Project Create in Harlem. A return to San Antonio marked a move into the business world, including founding and selling a successful collections agency.

Cuello moved to Syracuse in 2007 with his wife, Jessica, and his two children, Gabriel and Carolina. He loves raising his family in the CNY area and has quickly become involved with the community. He co-founded the Latino Professional Network of Syracuse (LPNS) in July of 2012; LPNS is an organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for Latinos by supporting non-profit and for profit ventures that also benefit the entire community. In addition, he is a Board Member of the Joint School Construction Board and President of the Upstate Minority Economic Alliance (UMEA), the first Chamber of Commerce dedicated to serving minority business owners, professionals, and students in the 16 county CNY region. Ed serves his clients as an Investment Advisor Representative and Financial Advisor with Prudential; he works with area families and small businesses.
