On Point for College is proud to announce that board member Mary Pat Hartnett has been named president of SRCTec. Hartnett has served on the On Point board since 2014 and is the co-chair of our fund development committee. Congratulations Mary Pat!

Syracuse, NY – SRC Ventures, Inc., is pleased to announce that Mary Pat Hartnett has been appointed president, SRCTec, LLC. Hartnett succeeds Drew James, who is now senior vice president, Radars and Sensors division at SRC.
In this role, she will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of SRCTec, including developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives, as well as collaborating with SRC to grow the manufacturing and logistics business.

Hartnett previously served as vice president, programs, where she was responsible for the overall management and leadership of all SRCTec programs including the LCMR counterfire radar, the CREW Duke counter-improvised explosive device (IED) system, and the SR Hawk™ ground surveillance radar. She also served as director, electronic warfare (EW) programs, where she managed SRCTec's EW-related programs including system development, high-volume production, testing, fielding and support, subcontract management, program financial performance and depot management. Hartnett holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Indiana State University and is a member of the On Point for College board of directors. Hartnett is also a member of the Program Management Institute, Women in Defense, AOC and AUSA North Country Chapter.
